arkNmore is a “design lab” that means the ARCHITECTURE in his whole being INTERDISCIPLINARE, with the aim to provide the client a single point of reference for an offer, we are a connection between the many materials which are normally involved in the design and construction of the work process.

He studied engineering at the University of L'Aquila, where he graduated in the ``Organization of the site`` in 1999.
He deals with the design of civil and industrial installations thermotechnical and drafting energy certificates.
In 2012 he joined the team arkNmore as a consultant and collaborator.

Environment and Sustainability

 

arkNmore designs “energy use”, thoroughly analyzing the energy aspects both in terms of energy requirements ,both in terms of environmental impact by reducing the energy costs of the building and reducing the production of CO2 produced by heating, lighting and air-conditioning.

In any action we consider the guidelines, the shape of the building, cooling and natural ventilation, the outer shell and effective plant technologies that lead to a reduction in electricity consumption and a pollution abatement.

Design of energy production from renewable sources (solar, wind ,biomass ,etc.) and evaluate the environmental impact of any intervention.

Project Management

We follow the entire implementation process of the work throughout the project life cycle considering the cost, time, quality, safety and order budget.

During the entire run we check out the times taken, the costs, the progress of the work, accounting, variants and coordinate the work by ensuring achievement of goals and the quality of the final design.

Tecnical Advice

We provide advice on real estate, accurate services of planning, acoustic and cadastral surveys, fire prevention, energy efficiency certification, architectural and photographic surveys, feasibility studies, assistance to the signing of notarial deeds.

We do Italian planning practices (CILA ,SCIA ,DIA ,PC) and land registry (Docfa).
